By accessing or using Sectavoice's AI voice assistant platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sectavoice provides AI-powered voice assistant technology designed to automate phone systems for medical clinics. Our Service includes:

• Custom voice assistant creation and configuration
• Call handling and routing capabilities
• SMS messaging functionality
• Analytics and reporting tools
• Integration with clinic management systems

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Represent a legitimate medical clinic or healthcare organization
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer multiple subscription tiers with varying features and usage limits. Pricing is displayed on our website and may be updated with notice.

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Payment is processed through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 1-week free trial. If you decide within 14 days after your paid subscription begins that our service doesn't meet your expectations, we'll refund 100% of your money. Refund requests must be submitted through your dashboard. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate HIPAA or other healthcare regulations
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or copy our technology
• Use the Service to harass, spam, or abuse others
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

6. HIPAA and Healthcare Compliance

While we provide HIPAA-compliant infrastructure, you are responsible for:

• Obtaining necessary patient consents
• Configuring the voice assistant appropriately
• Training staff on proper usage
• Maintaining your own compliance programs
• Executing a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with us

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Sectavoice and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your clinic data and voice assistant configurations.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your data as described in that policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SECTAVOICE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sectavoice harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You can cancel your subscription through your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your access will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
